The apartment is located 200 meters from the Mediterranean Sea at the foot of the kilometer-long boulevard with many restaurants, entertainment venues and other retail outlets. Major shopping centers such as Habaneras and Zenia Boulevard are also nearby. The apartment is on the 11th floor. From the balcony you have a great view of the city and the sea. There is a communal swimming pool (open all year round during the day and evening) and security is available 24 hours a day. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. And of course there is an elevator. There is a large supermarket 200 meters away. Bus station less than 5 minutes walk. Dutch TV (flat screen) and WiFi available. There are plenty of opportunities for water sports, karting, horse riding and golf in the nearby area. Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you personally and can give you some useful tips about the area when you hand over the keys. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
