The cottage is located NE and has a view of a green park. The communal swimming pool is centrally located in the allotment. Sports facilities are available such as tennis courts, playground and basketball. There is also a cafeteria where they serve delicious pizzas.
The cottage is 115m² in size and has a lower and upper terrace. It is built in typical Spanish style with all modern comforts. There is beach equipment in the house, tennis rackets, 3 sun loungers, 2 relax chairs, 6 bucket chairs, garden table large and small, parasol. Upstairs there is a cozy terrace with lounge chairs to spend the evening. The large terrace downstairs runs around the house and is 67m² in size.
The holiday home Casa Riomar can be booked for rent from May 1 to September 30.
