The Blue Lake Penthouse is located on the second floor (of course accessible by elevator) and is located on the corner on the right.
This is one of two swimming pools.
Wonderful a Padel court just literally at your feet.
In addition to a lounge area and dining table under an awning, there are also sunbeds, a SPA, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower. You don't have to leave the house, so to speak.
The outdoor kitchen is behind a roller door and has access to an oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer and sink.
The outdoor shower is wonderfully cooling or nice before and after using the Spa.
The living room is spacious and cozy with the colors of the area. The dining table is extendable so you can eat with six people.
The sitting area is equipped with a large smart TV with Spanish channels and access to all your own subscriptions. You can also connect your own phone, tablet or PC to the screen.
Even the art is in style and color. Every detail has been taken care of.
The kitchen is equipped with all possible appliances: oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender etc.
This corner welcomes you at the front door.
And even while you cook there is that beautiful view over the Laguna of La Mata.
Adjacent to the living room there is a compact balcony located all the way to the south. Even in the middle of winter, this balcony is very suitable for sunbathing.
It's the little things...
The master bedroom is very spacious with integrated bathroom.
And again with that spacious view and plenty of sun.

The second bedroom at the rear with the north balcony. Wonderfully cool in the summer. With two single beds (or of course one).
