In the cozy Los Alcazares, just 500 meters from the beach on the Mar Menor, you will find our spacious and cozy apartment. The apartment is quiet, but within walking distance of all amenities.
The apartment is in a nice location, between the Spanish village center and the tourist area with many restaurants and bars. Both about a 15 minute walk. There is a supermarket 400 meters away and every Tuesday there is a large market that starts next to our apartment complex. But the best thing about the location is that you are on the beach within a 5-minute walk!

The apartment is suitable for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms. There is also a camping bed available for the little ones. The apartment has 2 bathrooms.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, microwave and a large fridge with a freezer compartment. There is a filter coffee machine and a nespresso machine. Attached to the cozy living room is a small balcony, where you can drink a cup of coffee in the sun in the morning.
On the top floor there is also a spacious roof terrace where it is very good to stay. With the presence of a pergola, you can also sit in the shade on hot days. There is a washing machine in the storage room on the roof terrace. The apartment has air conditioning.

We are Remco and Iris and our son Oos. After losing our first child Joek, we realized that we should get as much out of life as possible and do what makes us happy. Among other things, this has led to us buying this apartment, which we are very happy with! We think it's a very nice place and we would like it if more people use it.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A notification of this by telephone must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 90%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
