On our behalf, a good start for a nice holiday!
The living room, which has recently been completely renovated, has air conditioning and 2 heating panels for the winter period.
The dining area for 4 people is located in the living room.

The sofa can easily be transformed into a sofa bed. Also ideal for watching TV for a long time.
The open kitchen with all necessities such as fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and kettle. In addition to a regular coffee maker, there is also a Senseo.
Next to the kitchen is a room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and French doors to a French balcony.

On the plaza of Villa Martin you will find several restaurants and pubs where it is nice to stay. It is only a 10-minute walk away.
3 Golf courses all around.
La Zenia boulevard minutes away. A day filled with fun shopping all brands located here. It is advisable to book with extra luggage for your trip, because here it is by the very favorable prices further fun.

The beach La Zena is approximately 5 kilometers away and can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
Cabo Roig (beach) located 10 minutes away

Go-karts Fulgencio. A fun karting track less than an 8-minute drive from our house. Open until 11 p.m. in the summer months. Fun to watch or do.
