We had a great time at Villa Plaza Esmeralda. The villa is in a beautiful spot with plenty of privacy in and around the house and has a fantastic view.
The interior of the villa is very nice and fully equipped. The inventory is more than good. Really everything is there and all the crockery and glassware is more than enough.
In the villa there is a folder with clear explanations about the house and use of equipment. It also contains information with fun and useful tips about e.g. supermarkets, restaurants and the various beaches in the area.

The contact with the landlord was very good, both through the app and also in personal contact; Friendly, attentive and interested.

Beautiful holiday villa with stunning views and privacy. Cosily furnished room with open kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessities available. Lovely terrace with large swimming pool.

We had a lovely time in this lovely holiday home. You couldn't think of anything so crazy or it was present. The house is very tastefully decorated and everything was neat and clean! The pool and the beds/chairs around the pool...

The view was very nice, because it is really up and on a mountain. We thought it was a shame that you really needed a car for everything, even to get sandwiches for breakfast. Supermarkets were easy to drive to by car and so were the restaurants etc. Contact and reception landlords were very good. There was an extensive folder with information about the area, restaurants, etc.
The house is definitely recommended!

Had a wonderful 10 days, beautiful house with a fantastic breakfast BBQ spot. Dutch TV so we also watched the Olympics. We enjoyed very much with the family.

General impression: Upon entering a "wow effect" with an impressive view from the house over the valley to the sea. We enjoyed it every day.

General impression: Upon entering a "wow effect" with an impressive view from the house over the valley to the sea. We enjoyed it every day.

Location: The house is located high above the valley. There is a staircase of about 30 steps from the private parking lot to the house which is lower on the mountain. Due to this quiet location, the house has a lot of privacy and no close neighbors.

Supermarkets Teulada and Moraira 5 minutes away and a convenient location to the sea, beach and villages.

Facilities: Everything you can think of is available in the house, from ironing board, washing machine and dryer, wine fridge, fully equipped kitchen from juicer to cake tin, a beautiful extensive crockery and very nice BBQ, with luxury BBQ set, games, WIFI and good TV. More than complete!
Furnishing and condition of accommodation: Styled and attractively furnished with beautiful furniture, cushions/plaids and accessories. Good state of maintenance and recently renovated with a modern and luxurious look. There are 2 covered terraces with comfortable furniture, a separate outdoor kitchen and a sun terrace by the pool. Next to the kitchen is a private terrace with a large dining table and the BBQ. It is wonderful to stay there at breakfast and at the after-dinner table in the evenings.

Cleanliness: Everything in the house was clean and fresh. The pool is crystal clear and is well maintained.

Friendliness and service manager: The reception was at the agreed time and was friendly and very welcoming. We felt very welcome. As a warm welcome, there was white wine and water with bubbles cold and Nespresso coffee and cake was ready. For the first need, there was also a container of "bottled" water. In the event of a failure of the WIFI, immediate action was taken. Change of linen went as agreed and work on the solar panels was stopped so that we had complete peace and privacy.
The administrators were easily accessible and responded immediately to questions. They had prepared a very complete book with information about the house and about the region (markets).

Price/quality: For 2 people you have a large and very nice house with all facilities at your disposal for this price. It is excellent for several people, it seems to us at a very suitable price.
