Only a few minutes' drive from the numerous picturesque bays, the bustling fishing village of Moraira, the supermarkets and the surrounding towns and attractions.

CaZa 17 has a separate layout: the bedrooms are located in the lower floor which is accessible via the entrance door on the driveway and via the internal staircase. Living room and kitchen are therefore located on the upper level so that you can fully enjoy the panoramic view. Swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with bbq / fridge and outdoor shower are also located on this level. Both floors are equipped with air conditioning.

3 bedrooms, equipped with comfortable beds, have a beautiful view of the mountains. Each bedroom has ample closet space and an attractive interior. The master bedroom among the rooms has its own ensuite. Due to its separate layout with 2-person bath, toilet, double sink and walk-in shower, you can also enjoy the panorama from the bathroom. The fourth bedroom was equipped with a bunk bed so that there is a total of sleeping accommodation for 8 people. On this floor you have a second tastefully decorated bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. If you would have liked to wash some clothes during your stay, you can also use the washing machine located in this bathroom. These rooms are connected by a corridor with automatic lighting and an architecturally designed staircase that can also serve as seating. The indirect and direct lighting of this also works automatically.

Through the internal or external staircase you reach the living and leisure area of the house. Due to the open character of the living and cooking area in combination with the glass fronts, outdoor life is never far away.

In the living room you can enjoy the view from one of the two two-seater sofas, but also our 150-year-old olive tree at the front door. In addition to a SMART TV with extra chromecast, there are also a number of board games available here. During the mid-seasons and winter months, the built-in pellet stove warms up the living space cozily.

The open kitchen with dining area is equipped with every comfort: fridge / freezer, combi oven, dishwasher, induction stove, senseo, mixer, kettle, toaster,... are available. In the adjacent storage room, in addition to cleaning supplies, shopping bags, ... Still room for stock. By opening the guillotine window at the counter, your indoor and outdoor kitchen are connected and a glass can be enjoyed outside 'at the bar'. In addition to the gas bbq, there is a second refrigerator to make your drinks cold. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, ..... you can sit at the terrace table enjoying the panoramic view.

Time for sun or cooling down? In the pool you can forget all your worries, the chill area (shallow) gives an extra touch to sunbathing. The sun loungers and lounge, possibly in combination with the parasol, also allow you to relax completely. Extra refreshment can be found at the outdoor shower or in the outdoor bathroom. The latter is equipped with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

You can easily park on site: parking spaces for 2 cars are available at the automatic entrance gate, next to the house in the driveway there is also the possibility to park.
