The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and fan for a good night's sleep. The master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom, complete with a convenient walk-in shower, sink, toilet and access to a spacious terrace. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, fan and air conditioning, built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, so everyone has plenty of space and privacy.

We are Filip and Annick from Belgium, over the years we have crossed many countries and cities and finally we ended up in Calpe because this place can offer us the perfect balance of peace, nature and culture. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
