Our house consists of 2 apartments, each with its own entrance. The top floor is already finished and the apartment on the ground floor will be realized after the summer, as will our swimming pool.
The upstairs apartment is on the first floor, with its own entrance, has a spacious front balcony with sea views and views of the garden with the communal swimming pool (ready by the end of 2026) and the south-facing rear balcony, has breathtaking views of the Montgó mountains. Our upstairs apartment also has three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds) and two bathrooms.
The apartment has a large open living/dining room with a large dining table, open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The cozy TV corner is equipped with smart TV.
There is air conditioning in all rooms.
