The apartment is only a 15 minute drive from Alicante airport. Cars can be rented from Alicante Airport. These can be picked up from the airport and are also very easy to return at the airport.

Santa Pola is located between the bustling city of Alicante, which is 25 km away (downtown), and Torrevieja, 33 km away. Santa Pola is a bustling fishing town with numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. Next to the authentic fishing port there is also a luxury marina with a large pleasant promenade where you can relax.

The apartment has been completely renovated and has all the amenities to completely unwind.
There is also a communal swimming pool and tennis court. Parking is available in front of the door or in the garage at the complex behind a barrier.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: the tenant remains liable for the full rental price.
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: the tenant remains liable for the full rental price.
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: the tenant remains liable for the full rental price.
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: the tenant remains liable for the full rental price.
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: the tenant remains liable for the full rental price.
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
