Environment:
The southern part of the Costa Blanca is a great place to be in both summer and winter. The region is known for a number of salt lakes, beautiful sandy beaches with a dune strip unique to Spain. The area is not yet overrun by mass tourism, but the towns and villages are bustling with activities and parties in the season. In Guardamar and Torrevieja it is wonderful to stroll along the pleasant boulevards, in the beautiful marinas and past the countless stalls with all kinds of native products. A visit to Elche is more than worthwhile. The city has the largest palm forest in Europe. The Castillo Santa Barbara, dating from the 16th to the 19th century, is also worth a visit for its grandiose view of the city. For children there are a number of water and amusement parks in Torrevieja and Rojales. The safari park also offers entertainment if you don't want to spend a day at the pool or beach. It is also an ideal area for sports enthusiasts. Within a radius of 30 km. there are no fewer than 10 golf courses, including the world-famous Real Club.

Other sports options include: diving, windsurfing, jet skiing, snorkeling, tennis and cycling. For a day out, the Algar waterfalls, where you can even bathe in the quiet parts of the river, a visit to the mountain village of Guadalest or a day in Benidorm, where the new Terra Mitica, the largest amusement park in Europe, is located. eligible. Accommodation:
At approx. 5 km. Inland from the beautiful seaside resort of Guardamar and 12 km north of Torrevieja lies the lovely Rojales. The house is located close to the 18-hole golf course of Rojales, with the communal outdoor swimming pool with children's pool, free sun beds and parasols right in front of the door. The house is the only one with direct access to the swimming pool, it is generally quiet at the pool.
The house has a neat interior. You have access to two terraces, one with garden furniture and sunbeds and one with a lounge set.
