Welcome to Casa Vencejo, an attractive and stylish apartment in San Miguel de Salinas, where comfort, space, tranquility and the wonderful Spanish outdoors come together. This beautiful holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people and is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Blanca.
With its 65 m2 interior space and 15 m2 balcony, the apartment offers plenty of space to enjoy together and to find your own place every now and then. Casa Venjeco is located on the first floor and also has a spacious private roof terrace of no less than 71 m².
- Comfortable and stylishly furnished -
The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. This makes Casa Vencejo suitable for couples as well as families or friends who go on holiday together.
There are two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. This means you don't have to worry about waiting for the bathroom in the morning.
The cozy living room is decorated with care and is a nice place to relax after a day at the beach, by one of the pools or during a trip in the area. There is a Smart TV and thanks to the air conditioning in both the living room and both bedrooms, it remains pleasant in the house even during hot summer days.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine is also available, so that you are fully equipped even during a longer stay.
Wifi is available throughout the apartment. Bed linen and towels for use in the house are provided.

One of the absolute pluses of Casa Vencejo is the spacious private roof terrace with outdoor shower. Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and the outdoors. There are two comfortable sunbeds available to relax with a good book or simply enjoy the beautiful weather. In addition, you will find an attractive lounge area under a pergola, where you can relax in the shade, have a drink or dine during long summer evenings.
For cozy evenings outside, there is a barbecue available. A dinner under the Spanish starry sky, a drink in the evening sun or a relaxing morning with a cup of Nespresso: it's all possible at Casa Vencejo.
From the roof terrace you have a view of one of the communal swimming pools. The apartment also has a balcony, so you can enjoy the outdoors at different times of the day.

Casa Vencejo is located in San Miguel de Salinas, an attractive Spanish town with shops, restaurants, terraces and amenities within easy reach.
The center of San Miguel de Salinas with supermarkets, restaurants and cozy terraces is about a 10-minute walk or just a few minutes away by car.
Lovers of sun, sea and beach can reach several beaches on the Costa Blanca. Depending on your destination, you can drive to the coast in about 15 to 25 minutes.
Casa Vencejo is also an excellent choice for golfers. There are several golf courses in the area that can be reached within about 15 minutes by car.
Both Alicante and Murcia airports can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.
