Casa Tranquila – comfortable enjoyment on the Costa Blanca
Welcome to Casa Tranquila, our apartment in Paradise Resort in San Miguel de Salinas on the Costa Blanca. A nice place for couples and families who want to enjoy the sun, relaxation and a comfortable stay in Spain.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and is serviced by a lift. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Casa Tranquila offers space for four people. A baby bed is provided, so that even the smallest guests are welcome.
A sunny balcony of 24 m²
One of the great features of the apartment is the spacious balcony of 24 m² facing southwest. Here you can enjoy the outdoors and the sun: a wonderful place for a cup of coffee, a quiet moment with a book or to end the day together.
Comfort during your stay
The apartment has air conditioning per room and fast fiber optic internet via wifi. Even with a longer stay, you have the amenities to feel at ease.
In the luxury kitchen you can prepare your own meals. For coffee lovers, both a Nespresso and a Senseo machine are available. In addition, a water softener and a drinking water filter have been installed.
The two bathrooms offer extra convenience when you stay with the family or with several people.
Swimming pool, children's pool and free parking
Casa Tranquila is located in a gated residential complex. You can use the communal swimming pool and the children's pool. Free parking is available and the elevator makes the apartment easily accessible.
San Miguel de Salinas and surroundings
The apartment is about 12 kilometers from the beach, with shops, restaurants and golf courses in the area. This allows you to fill in your stay as you wish: a day by the sea, eating out, golfing or relaxing at the apartment and pool.

Casa Tranquila is not only suitable for a holiday, but also for a longer temporary stay or winter. Feel free to inquire about the possibilities and availability. We make clear agreements in advance, so that you know where you stand.
