San Miguel de Salinas on the Costa Blanca South is where our beautifully furnished holiday apartment is located.

It is a typical Spanish village with many Spanish inhabitants. There is a wide variety of bars and restaurants, both Spanish and international, which means the annual Tappas event is very popular here. The weekly street market on Wednesdays is a great chance to find locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables, ham, cheese, olives , clothes and shoes and so on. Then have a nice drink and tappas in one of the friendly tavernas.

San Miguel de Salinas is just 7 km from the pleasant city of Torrevieja. Costa Blanca south is known for its beautiful, cozy coastal towns with beautiful beaches and shops, such as the large and beautiful shopping center "La Zenia Boulevard", which is only 10 km away.
40 minutes from Alicante Airport and Murcia Airport. The salt lakes are 2 km away and are one of the healthiest places on the Costa Blanca south. Adventure park Lo Rufete is 2 km away and there are several golf courses in the immediate vicinity. There are several beautiful beaches about 12/15 minutes away by car, including our favorite beach of Mil Palmeras.

You can park your car for free near the beach. In San Miguel de Salinas there is a good local taxi service and buses run several times a day to Torrevieja, Orihuela and Murcia.
San Miguel de Salinas is a place where you can enjoy traditional Spanish life and culture all year round.

Hello and nice that you are interested in our apartment in Spain. We found a nice place in Spain that we completely fell in love with. We want to stay in Spain more often in our old age. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
informs you that you will no longer use the rented property
he owes the full rental price.

Cleaning and service costs € 75.00 (payable in cash to the keyholder on arrival)
