Furthermore, a master bedroom with 2 electrically operated box springs and pocket spring mattresses and a silent air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom has a view of the terrace and the sea and also a silent air conditioning. From the dining room you enter the terrace and the stairs to terrace 2 with dining table and outdoor kitchen. A few more steps down and you are on the sun terrace with swimming pool and apartment.
Apartment
The apartment is a fully-fledged separate living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms (also equipped with air conditioning) and bathroom. Use of the apartment is included in the rental price in summer.
In accordance with the laws of the state of Valencia, the villa is only rented for temporary stays and longer than 10 days.
