Villa
Luxury detached villa with apartment in Benissa on a plot of over 1200 m2. The villa is on street level and has a carport with auto roller door. The format is as follows: entrance hall, lounge, separate dining room, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hob. Furthermore, a master bedroom with two electrically operated pocket-sprung mattresses and box springs and a quiet air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom has views of the terrace and the sea and also a silent air conditioning. From the dining room opens onto the terrace and stairs to the second terrace with dining table and outdoor kitchen. A few more steps down and you are on the sun terrace with pool and apartment.

Apartment
The apartment is a fully fledged separate living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Use of the apartment is in summer are included in the rent. Outside the summer months and the periods indicated, the apartment can be rented separately on request.

The Dutch owner lives most of the year in the villa and staying during the rental periods in the Netherlands. During the rental period, there is a Dutch manager on site. The villa is not the usual rental villa with minimum inventory, but furnished with great care and equipped with all the luxuries you are used to. The manager is a good friend and will, if necessary, to assist with everything.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

At the moment, the complete villa is only available for rent in July and August following the already occupied periods as indicated on the calendar.

In the summer months you rent the villa including the apartment.
Outside the summer months (in 2026 after September 5), only the apartment can be rented for 2 to max. 4 people. In consultation with possibly. Also only the villa without an apartment.
The cleaning costs for the apartment alone are € 125 per period. For the villa excl. apartment €150,-. Outside the summer season, the changeover days can be changed in consultation.
Changeover days are on Saturday, except on request the first week(s) and the end of the last week of the summer period.
All rates apply excl. VAT. Electricity at the then current prices per kWh with a free base of 50 kW per week.
The villa is equipped with solar panels with an average daily yield of 10 kw in summer.

The rent does not include final cleaning and mandatory linen package.
The linen package of € 17.50 p.p consists of:

1 fitted sheet
1 top sheet
1 pillowcase
1 kitchen towel
2 tea towels
1 towel 50x100
1 bath towel 70x140
1 beach towel

Change/addition to this package in consultation

The tenants are expected to deliver the BBQ(s) clean and grease-free.
However, if you do not have time for this, this can be done by the cleaning team
for which € 35 per BBQ will be charged.
