The house is located in San Juan de Alicante, in a small urbanization with a total of ten houses. The large private terrace as soon as you enter the house is ideal for enjoying family meals and dinners, and the communal garden is a tranquil area where you can enjoy the pool and relax.
The positive thing about the accommodation is that you can normally park your car in front of the door.
As you can see from the photos, as soon as we enter the house we find the private garden. On the left is a large table where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner and on the right is a movable awning that protects you from the cold in winter and the heat in summer.
In the garden there is also a shower that is ideal for the summer because we can freshen up or rinse off the sand when we return from the beach.
You can enter the house through the door on the left, which leads directly to the living room, or through the door on the right, which leads to the kitchen.
The house is spacious and light. The large kitchen ensures that, in the case of a large family, everyone can have lunch or dinner together. The refrigerator has two doors and a large freezer. From the kitchen window we have a view of part of the garden, ideal if you have children, because you can cook while they play.
The urbanization is quiet and spacious, so if you travel with your family it is ideal to enjoy with them. In the communal garden, on the left side of the house, there is a large washing line where you can hang your towels when you return from the pool or beach. Also at the front of the house is a table and a small corner where you can sit with friends or family and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The bedrooms and wardrobes are spacious and the fourth bedroom is on the third floor and has its own terrace, ideal if someone wants or needs a little more privacy.
The house is a few minutes' walk from the center of the village, so it is a quiet area, where you can park your car in front of the door or in the next street. On Saturday mornings there is a street market where you can buy good quality fruits and vegetables at a very good price (about a 15 minute walk).
The house is located about 2.5 km from the beach of San Juan, where you can reach it in 5 minutes by car and the center of Alicante is 6 km away, you can go there both by car and by public transport ( bus 23 goes directly to Alicante and the nearest bus stop is a 4-minute walk from the house).
As for supermarkets: Aldi is a few minutes walk away (600 meters), Dia (600 meters), Consum (900 meters), Carrefour (1.2 km) and Mercadona (1.5 km). A few minutes' walk away, in the village, you will find several restaurants where you can enjoy Spanish gastronomy (Quintín, Quintería, la Llar, Da filippo, Nando's, Borea, etc.).
All in all, the house is ideal for enjoying peace and time with the family. But it is also close to the center of Alicante and the beach.
The location is very good for sports enthusiasts as there is a paddle club a two minute walk away and the area is also quiet for a nice run.
