Beautiful newly furnished apartment (Ibiza style) with private garden and views over the valley of San Fulgencio and the mountains of Crevillent.

There is a private front door, through which you enter the kitchen / dining room followed by the living room, behind the living room is a bedroom with 2 single beds. Upon entering on the left a bedroom with a 2 person bed. Straight ahead is the bathroom with walk-in rain shower. In the living room is the air conditioning that cools and heats the entire apartment in the winter, TV in the living room, reading books.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, senseo, kettle, oven and microwave. WIFI available.
Towels and bed linen are provided.

In the garden there is a lounge set, dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds.
The swimming pool is communal and can be reached through the garden, about 30 meters walk. It is shared with 22 other properties. Quiet street with parking in front of the door.

Winter months of November, December, January, February and March SPECIAL RATE, € 695 per month, excl. VAT cleaning costs and € 0.20 per kW of electricity consumed.

We are Ton and Marianne and live above the apartment. We had an apartment in La Mata on the dunes for 17 years, we sold it and now live permanently in San Fulgencio. If you have any questions, we are nearby, and if problems arise, we can help, including airport service if necessary.

Deposit 25% of the rent (incl deposit).
Remainder 6 weeks before the rental date.
Cancellations can only be made by e-mail.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 6 weeks before the rental date.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.

Additional information

There are several restaurants and bars close to the house where there is live music several times a week.
The beaches are close by.

10 minutes by car to the bay of El Pinet or the beautiful beach of La Marina where there is live music on the beach at weekends in the summer months.
Naturist beach is in La Marina village, 10 minutes by car.
In the summer months there is a bus to the beach several times a day.
4 km from the house, Mercadonna, Lidl and Aldi, 400 meters from the house is Dialprix.
Visit beautiful Elche with its palm grove, or visit the island of Tabarca, departing by boat from Santa Pola. It is also possible to book a snorkel or diving package.
The mud baths of Pilar de Horadada.
The Cuevas of Rojales where there is live music every Sunday and the cuevas are open every 1st Sunday of the month where artists sell their art.
The Lemon Tree market at El Raso is very large with many stalls, food stalls and live music.
The Bodega in Hondon de Las Nieves, 25 km from the house, you can get there by car via a beautiful road through the mountains.

For hikers Caminito del Rey, in Relleu, the spectacular bridge against the mountainside.
