Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation after signing the contract, the full deposit will be charged. In case of cancellation within 2 months before the start of the contract, 75% of the total rental price will be charged. In case of cancellation by the landlord due to force majeure, another period can be agreed, otherwise the full amount paid will be refunded. In case of departure during the rental period for whatever reason, no rental money will be refunded

You can also spend the winter with us there the price is 650€/month + additional costs for water, electricity, internet. If you book for 3 months in a row, the price is 550€/month + additional costs for water, electricity, internet.
