The extensive sandy beaches of La Marina are less than 6 KM away from the villa.
There are several restaurants and terraces a few minutes away from the houses and the larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona and Iceland can be reached within 5 minutes.

There are various activities to undertake, such as a visit to the city of Elche where you can shop in the L'Aljub shopping center, a visit to the palm park or one of the shoe factories such as El Salvador. In the center you can enjoy good Spanish restaurants and tapas bars.

Hikers can visit the nearby El Hondo nature reserve (12 km), where various hiking routes are plotted from the information center. For golf enthusiasts, there are several golf courses in the immediate vicinity, La Marquesa golf course located in Rojales is the nearest golf course.Distribution

Explanation of prices

Cancellation
1. If the tenant unexpectedly has to cancel the accommodation, the following cancellation percentages will be charged of the rental price;
o more than 60 days before the arrival date: 25%
o between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date:50%
o between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 80%
o between 14 days and the arrival date: 100%
2. Any bank costs associated with the refund will be borne by the tenant
3. The cancellation must be confirmed by email to the landlord, the date of receipt is leading for the calculation

Deposit
1. The deposit must be paid at the same time as the rental amount. The costs for electricity and water will be deducted from the deposit.
2. At the end of the stay, the tenant will be refunded the remaining amount.
3. In the event of damage, defects or if the accommodation is not left clean, the deposit may be withheld in whole or in part.
4. If the deposit is unexpectedly insufficient to cover the costs of water and electricity and/or in the event of damage and/or defects the amount of the deposit is insufficient, the remaining amount must be paid immediately by the tenant.

Dissolution
1. The landlord is entitled to immediately terminate the lease if the tenant, after being addressed/notified, does not behave as a good tenant. In particular if the tenant causes nuisance to the residential environment despite warnings from the owner and/or manager.
2. In the event of force majeure, the lessor is entitled to terminate the rental agreement in whole or in part without the tenant being able to claim performance and/or compensation. The landlord will make every effort to propose a suitable alternative. If this alternative is not accepted by the tenant, the amounts paid will be fully refunded to the tenant.
