Hello, we are Seppe and Mieke and since January 2023 the proud owners of a holiday home in La Marina, Spain.
We are happy to make our cozy, comfortable and detached house available for your well-deserved holiday.
Our house offers privacy, has an east-facing garden and several terraces (east and west) with sun awning, so that the sun shines on the terrace in the morning at the front and in the afternoon at the rear. This allows you to choose all day whether you want to stay in the sun or in the shade. Just 10 meters away there is a communal swimming pool and a nice garden (directly accessible from the private garden)
The house consists of a living room with 2 air conditioners, bathroom with walk-in shower, storage room, laundry room, 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed,
(On request, a possible 5th person can use the sofa bed in the living room.)
All windows are equipped with fly screens, shutters and metal security grilles.
Are present in the house: TV, wifi, dishwasher, radio, kitchen and bath towels as well as beach towels, bed linen, washing machine, hair dryer. In the kitchen are all kitchen utensils.
In the morning you can enjoy the sun on the terrace at the front, in the afternoon on the terrace with sun canopy and this with a view of the communal swimming pool and garden.
Due to the proximity of salt lakes and the Mediterranean climate, you have the advantage of pleasant, healthy air.
The sea and the beach can be found 3 km from the house.
Due to its great location, it is also ideal for hikers, cyclists, golfers,...
In the immediate vicinity there are endless hiking trails (by the sea, in the woods, in the dunes).
In the months of July and August, buses run to and from the sea at regular intervals.
Bars, restaurants and department stores are within walking distance.
If you like strolling, the nearby markets on Thursdays and Saturdays are definitely worth a visit.
It is also an excellent base for visiting shopping centers such as
Habaneras in Torrevieja (15 min), L'Aljub in Elche (20 min), La Zenia boulevard (30 min) and the lemon market in Guardamar del Segura (15 min), where you will find a range of food and other refreshments.
A car or a bicycle can be rented near the house.
Both bicycles and a car can be parked within the fence of the house or possibly on the street in front of the gate of the house.
