Villa Blanca is a spacious, modern and family-friendly villa with private pool under the Spanish sun on the Costa Blanca in Calpe.

The villa consists of the main house for 6 people with large living room, terrace, swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and covered naya with spacious dining table.
On the lower floor there is a fully equipped apartment for 4 people with living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The villa is located in a quiet urbanization, and only 1.5 km from Calpe and 6 km from Moraira.
The spacious terrace offers a lot of privacy. There are also several shaded seating areas, but there is also plenty of space to enjoy the sun by the pool on the sun loungers. Around the pool, a lovely outdoor shower provides the necessary cooling. 
This luxury detached holiday home  has fantastic unobstructed views of the Sierra de Olta and is ideal for a successful holiday with the whole family or 2 families.

THE VILLA
Villa blanca has on the ground floor a nice spacious living room (80 m2) with fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle etc.) From the living room, the large terrace is adjacent. 
There are also 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
On the lower floor is an independent apartment with living room and modern open kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The living room has a lovely wood stove for chilly evenings. It is a lovely family home for a large family or 2 families. 
For the little ones, a cot/bath and high chair are available on request.

On the partially covered terrace on the pool side, which is adjacent to the living room, there is a lovely lounge set, where you can relax with a large shade cloth and from where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. 
Underneath the naya is a large dining table. Here it is wonderfully sheltered to sit in both the morning and evening sun. The excellent barbecue ensures that you can cook outside and enjoy it until late in the evening.

There is a closed parking space on site, closed by an electric gate with space for 2 cars. 


ENVIRONMENT
Calpe is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, the boulevard and the old town with cozy streets, shops and terraces where you can relax after a day of shopping. From the house there are several hiking trails that lead you along the most beautiful nature and viewpoints. An ascent of Monte Olta is also worthwhile.
The Peñón de Ifach dominates the local skyline with its huge rock formation.
The Las Salinas Nature Reserve and National Park with its flamingo colonies are great places to visit. The seaside resorts of Moraira, Altea and Javea are less than a 20-minute drive from Villa Blanca. A beautiful golf course is only a 15 minute drive away.
Valencia airport is an hour's drive away and Alicante airport is 50 minutes away.
