Our house, a beautiful 2 under one roof chalet of the Maite type, is located on the very popular residential Benimar in Rojales near Alicante. The terraces at the front of the house are south facing so very sunny. The house consists of two separate floors, each with its own entrance. The upstairs apartment consists of a luxurious living-dining room and an open kitchen, equipped with all conveniences. There is smarttv with all Dutch TV channels and there is wifi. For the winter period there is central heating and for the summer there is air conditioning. There is a bedroom with a twin bed (2x90x200), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. There is a separate toilet. At the front a spacious sun terrace of course with an awning and comfortable patio furniture. There is sufficient bed and bath linen, the costs of which are included in the rent.
The apartment downstairs consists of a living-dining room with comfortable furniture, open kitchen, fridge with freezer, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and a bedroom with a double bed with separate mattresses (2x90x200). There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Also in the basement is a sun terrace with awning and a nice seat. There is a full kitchen, smart TV and wifi. In the living room and one bedroom there is hot/cold air conditioning.
Behind the house there is another sun terrace . Of course, the house is equipped with very comfortable furniture (relax chairs), 2nd TV in the master bedroom and TV in the apartment.
The property overlooks a lovely garden and communal swimming pool.
In Benimar, Benijofar and Rojales you will find the necessary shops, restaurants, bars, terraces. even a McDonald and a Dutch snack bar if you don't want to miss your frikandel.
At 7 km is the beautiful seaside resort of Guardamar del Segura with the unsurpassed sandy beaches of 15 km, slowly sloping into the Mediterranean Sea. The boulevard is great for parading.
Your holiday home can also be a nice base for making beautiful trips to Alicante, Elche, Torrevieja and Murcia. And.. Don't forget the beautiful hinterland.
Around Benimar, within a radius of 25 km, there are 8 excellent golf courses, La Marquesa the closest, a 5-minute drive away.
Benimar is located in the Vega Baja, the low country, where you can make great bike rides Bicycles can be rented on Benimar.
There is also a beautiful Aquapark 5 minutes away
If you want to visit the beautiful beach: beach chairs with umbrellas are available and you can take them with you to the beach.
In short, renting our house is a great idea for a nice holiday.
The house is not rented separately, so only to a group of family or friends.
Since the lower floor is only accessible through the outside entrance, this floor is less suitable for young children (up to about 10 years old) for safety reasons. Unless they are accompanied by adults on this floor. Maximum number of children 2 ( due to the rules V.V.E. )
