Casa Los Vecinos is a spacious (holiday) house, SUITABLE FOR 6 PEOPLE, excellently situated on the sun and therefore perfect for all seasons in sunny Spain.
Our house is much in demand by winter visitors and therefore usually occupied. Due to circumstances, the period from December 1, 2026 to March 15, 2027 has become available and therefore to be booked for wintering. If you book for a period of at least 2 months, we can agree on an attractive rental price in consultation with the owner.
Our house, a beautiful 2 under one roof chalet of the Maite type, is located on the very popular Residential Benimar in Rojales near Alicante. The terraces at the front of the house are very sunny. That is why the terrace is equipped with a wide awning. The terrace furniture consists of a beautiful dining table with 4 chairs so that you can eat on the terrace. Of course there are also 4 luxury relax sun chairs.
The house consists of two floors: the upstairs apartment has an open kitchen, equipped with a nice oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. There is also a separate guest toilet, a beautiful living room with a dining area, a spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a smart TV and air conditioning. A spacious bathroom with a toilet, a beautiful walk-in shower and a bathroom cabinet. The beautiful living room has comfortable furniture with a relax chair and relax sofa and a dining area. Of course there is a modern smart TV connected to the internet with wifi. Of course there is air conditioning. Because it can also be cold in winter, the upstairs apartment has CENTRAL HEATING so that it can also be made a pleasant temperature in the house
The apartment downstairs consists of a living-dining room with comfortable furniture, open kitchen equipped with fridge with freezer. a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and a bedroom with a double bed with separate mattresses (2x90x200). There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Also in the basement is a sun terrace with awning and a nice seat. There is a full kitchen, smart TV and wifi. In the living room and one bedroom there is hot/cold air conditioning.
If you have had enough of the sun, there is a spacious terrace behind the house with a sun canopy and equipped with a dining area with 4 chairs and comfortable seating.
To make it complete and you are a real sun worshipper, there is a solarium on the house, where you can enjoy the sun all day long
The house is part of a quiet residence, has a beautiful garden, ample parking facilities and of course a large COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL.
In Benimar, Benijofar and Rojales you will find the necessary shops, restaurants, bars, terraces. even a McDonald and a Dutch snack bar if you don't want to miss your frikandel. Both Rojales and Benijofar have a nice weekly market.
At 7 km is the beautiful seaside resort of Guardamar del Segura with the unsurpassed sandy beaches of 15 km long, slowly sloping into the Mediterranean Sea. The boulevard is great for parading and there are lovely terraces and restaurants.
Your holiday home can also be a nice base for making beautiful trips to Alicante, Elche, Torrevieja and Murcia. And.. Don't forget the beautiful hinterland.
Around Benimar, within a radius of 25 km, there are 8 excellent golf courses, La Marquesa the closest, a 5-minute drive away.
Benimar is located in the Vega Baja, the low country, where you can make great bike rides Bicycles can be rented on Benimar.
There is also a beautiful Aquapark 5 minutes away
If you want to visit the beautiful beach: beach chairs with umbrellas are available and you can take them with you to the beach.
In short, renting our house is a great idea for a nice holiday.
The house is not rented separately, so only to a group of family or friends. The minimum rental period is 11 nights.
Since the ground floor apartment is only accessible through the outside entrance, this floor is less suitable for the stay of young children (up to about 10 years) for safety reasons. Unless they are accompanied by adults on this floor. Maximum number of children 2 ( due to the rules V.V.E. )
