Casa Carpe Diem

Villa Carpe Diem is located in Rojales (Ciudad Quesada) in the sunny Costa Blanca, just a 35-minute drive to/from  Alicante airport.

Our detached villa is located in a residence of 6 villas each with one common entrance.
The house is modernly furnished and equipped with all the comforts we would expect from a holiday home.

The house has two 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a box spring 180x200 cm, built-in wardrobes and two bedside tables. This bedroom also has a terrace with two chairs and a table. Bedroom two has two single beds with box spring of 90x200 cm, built-in wardrobes and a bedside table. Through this room you can take the external stairs to the roof terrace where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the salt lakes. There is one bathroom with walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet on the 1st floor, the second bathroom is on the ground floor. This is also equipped with a shower, bathroom furniture and a toilet.
 
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All daily necessities such as a juicer, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle are provided.

The living room is tastefully decorated with a glass table and four chairs, a leather sofa and a one-seater. There is a smart TV with TV-Vlaanderen. Through the sliding window in the living room or the kitchen door you can go to the terrace where you can enjoy the swimming pool 6x3 and the sun on one of the four sunbeds or at the table with six chairs with a drink or a cup of coffee. Even in winter you have the sun here from morning to evening. 

Outside there is a built-in cupboard with sliding doors where the washing machine, ironing board etc is present. There is also a Weber BBQ.
The house is equipped with air conditioning that can also be used for heating and there are automatic shutters. Outside you have one car park.

Within walking distance you can do all your shopping in the supermarket. A 10-15 minute walk takes you to the center of Quesada where you can enjoy eating out or having a drink on a terrace. 
You can go shopping in the shopping center Habaneras (9 km) or La Zenia Boulevard (15 km).
For the sports enthusiasts, there are numerous golf courses nearby, tennis and padel and you can take beautiful walks.
