Our apartment has 3 bedrooms on the Rambla in Pilar de la Horadada (Spain).

This apartment is for rent from September 18 to October 3, 2025, from December 20 to January 4 and from mid-June 2026 to the end of August 2026.

Our apartment on the ground floor is part of a complex with an outdoor swimming pool.

Shops, restaurants around the corner in the shopping street.
Beach within walking distance.
Golf courses nearby.
Alicante airport at 45 minutes by car

The apartment is fully equipped for 6 people with a double bed in each bedroom and has 2 bathrooms.

Air conditioning in all areas.

Kitchen with all necessary appliances.
Washing machine and dryer.
Parking in front of the door.
We have an enclosed terrace of 80 m2, always sun and shade.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
