Depending on the date of cancellation, the following costs will be charged:
cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period is free of charge; between 90 and 60 days before the start of the tour, 30% of the rental price will be charged; between 59 and 30 days before the start of the tour, this is 75%; and less than 30 days before the start of the tour, 90% of the rental price is due. If the tenant cancels on the start date or during the rental period, the full rent remains due.

Cancellations must be made to La Casa Familia Monte Pego by telephone and confirmed simultaneously by e-mail with the booking reference number.
La Casa Familia Monte Pego will then send a cancellation confirmation.
Cancellations or modifications by La Casa Familia Monte Pego. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the rental for important reasons, such as circumstances that make it unreasonable to perform the agreement. In such a case, an alternative date will be offered, if possible. If the tenant does not accept it, this must be reported within 3 working days, after which the paid part of the rent will be returned. If the cancellation or modification is caused by the tenant, the damage will be borne by the tenant. If La Casa Familia Monte Pego is responsible, it will bear the costs.
