We take Coffee & Wine Seriously; - ) We have an extensive coffee (and wine) corner in our Naja, here you will find a grinder for beans, SMEG slow coffee brewing system, percolator, French Press, Tassimo cups machine and pour over coffee options. But of course also a SMEG kettle for tea.

Steps down to the private pool at Casa Yavari On both sides of the villa, stone steps lead down to the private swimming pool with wide views. Along the way you walk past our cascading garden with white gravel, various cacti and many palm trees, which creates a wonderful southern European holiday feeling.
Entrance at Casa Yavari From the black steel gate on the road, a stone staircase leads you through the upper cascading part of the garden, full of grape plants, cacti and palm trees. At the bottom you arrive at the front door, the first pergola and the BBQ.

The kitchen is furnished with a fridge-freezer combination, has a microwave with hot-air and grill function. You can cook on a 4-place induction hob. There are of course enough pans, plates, cutlery, cups and saucers, and glassware. There is a kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.
The living room with open kitchen is 24 m2. There is an excellent leather couch and a 4-person dining table with chairs. There is satellite TV and of course wifi. All rooms have air conditioning and heating.

The swimming pool is 8 by 4 meters in size and has a shower with hot and cold water. The deepest point is 1.60 meters deep. The water tastes a bit salty because salt is used for disinfection. The pool is wonderfully sheltered.

It is wonderful to walk in the ports of Dénia. From here you have a nice view of the many nice restaurants and the castle ruins in the evening.
Between Pedreguer and Dénia, just visible from our terrace, lies the beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf course “La Sella”.
