We offer a spacious, modern and well-furnished villa with a heated private pool in the middle of beautiful nature with views of both mountains and the sea, in Gata de Gorgos, Denia region.

Because of its location, the villa offers a good base to the various beaches, interesting cities such as Valencia, Alicante and Benidorm. For each his own; the culture lover, the beach lover and those who like to take trips by car to enjoy the Spanish landscape.

And if you want to stay at home for a day, you can enjoy the sun and the private swimming pool on the terrace. The villa is equipped with Dutch TV (canal digital) and a dish to receive foreign channels, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating

After a lot of searching, we found this beautiful villa!

It's nice to relax here. A villa with a beautiful view to the mountains, with a private garden, without looking out from the outside.
The swimming pool invites you to swim a few laps, after which you can dry off in the sun.
