Casa Primavera is an attractive holiday home for 6 people in Benitachell, located on the Cumbre del Sol on the Costa Blanca. From this attractive villa you look out over the Mediterranean Sea. Outside is a beautiful kidney-shaped private swimming pool, surrounded by a sunny terrace with sea views. A wonderful place to relax and experience the Spanish outdoors.
The location makes Casa Primavera a great base for a holiday on the Costa Blanca. The well-known Cala del Moraig is about a 15-minute drive away and is a beautiful place to swim and snorkel among the rocks. The coastal towns of Jávea and Moraira can also be reached within about a 20-minute drive. This way you can combine the tranquility and the view of the Cumbre del Sol with the beaches, restaurants and conviviality of the coast.

At Casa Primavera you will feel right at home. The villa has been decorated with attention and has a warm, Mediterranean feel. Natural materials, soft tones and cheerful colour accents create a relaxed atmosphere that is perfectly suited to a holiday on the Spanish coast.
The cozy living room is a nice place to be together. Comfortable furniture and the fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. In the living room you will also find a dining area, where you can have breakfast together or dine extensively.
The kitchen is located in a separate room and is fully equipped. Here you have a dishwasher, oven, toaster, juicer and coffee maker.
The villa is on one level and features:

One floor below is a nice extra room for some relaxation and entertainment. Here are an air hockey table and a table football. The dryer is also located in this room.

Outside, the atmosphere of Casa Primavera is completely returning. On the terrace is a beautiful covered outdoor kitchen with a comfortable sitting area. The Mediterranean style of the villa continues nicely here and makes this a nice place to start the day quietly or spend long summer evenings together. The built-in barbecue invites you to cook together and dine extensively.
The kidney-shaped private swimming pool is located in a beautiful spot on the terrace and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. There are six comfortable sunbeds around the pool, so there is a place in the sun for everyone. Take a refreshing dip, find a spot in the shade or enjoy the view with a drink.
There is space to park two cars on the private property.

This villa is located in Benitachell, on the famous Cumbre del Sol, a beautiful spot on the Costa Blanca between Moraira and Jávea. From here you can enjoy the quiet character of the area, while you can easily reach the cozy coastal towns and beaches.
Cumbre del Sol is located high above the Mediterranean Sea and is known for its beautiful views over the coast. In the area you will find several hiking trails, small bays and nice places to settle down for a long Spanish lunch.
In addition, this area is popular with cyclists because of the hilly roads, steep climbs and beautiful routes. From Benitachell you cycle towards Moraira, Jávea and the green valleys in the hinterland, enjoying views of the coast and mountains along the way.

WINTER RENTAL
Casa Primavera is suitable for a stay in winter. The temperatures are wonderful on the Costa Blanca. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by air conditioning. The winter rate from 4 weeks is in consultation. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs and service costs. For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.
