Nestled in the tranquil mountains of Monte de Pedreguer, Casa de Alegria is just 15 min drive from the beaches of Denia by the Mediterranean sea. It is the perfect place to unwind, rejuvenate and reset in picturesque surroundings.

This place is all about outdoor living in nature so you can use the outdoor kitchen, pick organic seasonal fruit (without pesticides) and dine under the stars. It is the perfect place to be connected with nature for total relaxation outside of the tourist centres which are 15 minutes drive away. The Marina Alta area of North Costa Blanca has a microclimate which makes it one of the healthiest places to live in Europe.

GUEST ACCESS
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment of 31m2, with private entrance, located under the main house where the hosts live. Guests have sole access to the 8x4m swimming pool, with several patios and seating areas and plentiful on street parking. There is only 1 guest apartment on the property. In the bedroom, you have a choice of Super King bed or Twin beds (photos show both options).

LOCATION/GETTING AROUND
A car is essential unless you plan to stay on site. The nearest supermarket is 4 mins drive away and not easily walkable as we are on Monte Pedreguer which is quite steep. In Pedreguer there are a couple of taxi companies that generally require advance booking.

QUIET TIME
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area in the grounds of a detached house. As we live in a residential area, we ask you to observe the quiet times in the garden and pool area from 22:00 to 08:00.

YOGA STUDIO
There is a Yoga Studio at the bottom of the garden that the owner has access to during the week. There are a selection of yoga classes held in the Yoga Studio during your stay along with holistic massage therapies. If you wish to join in, book in advance or during your stay.

After reserving you will receive a full terms and conditions document.

Based on acceptance of this, we will send you an invoice. The 15% non-refundable deposit is due to us within 48 hours. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received the deposit into our bank account.

The remaining payment is due at least 30 days before the start date of your stay. If the reservation is shorter than 30 days before the start date of your stay, the full amount including deposit and cleaning costs will be due. If the booking is changed or cancelled, an administration fee of €50 is due to the hosts.
