Step into our recently renovated, charming villa 'Casa La Collina', situated on a green hill, just a walking distance from Calpe's famous sandy beach , known as 'La Fustera'.

Our 'casa' has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen-size beds and 1 with 2 single beds, making the accommodation ideal for up to 6 people . Furthermore, 2 bathrooms are available for your comfort.

The villa is surrounded by a lush, traditionally landscaped garden with a large private pool and cozy shaded corners. It makes our holiday home an oasis of peace where you can recharge and relax.

The tranquil setting creates the perfect atmosphere for a carefree holiday with family or friends, while the nearby picturesque medieval town of Benissa and its surroundings offer a wealth of excellent restaurants and boutique shops.

The property is wheelchair accessible and suitable for the elderly, although the use of a car is recommended for your daily needs.

Final cleaning is mandatory (165,- €) and to be paid on site on arrival to the cleaning company

Our holiday, it was a bit like coming home. And how? What a welcome. (Karen top madam). We already knew the villa from previous years, but every year... what a progress and getting the right adjustments to have an EVEN better stay. Next year the same time, the same reservation. Arriving was like coming home. This is much more than a soberly furnished holiday home that is only rented out to tourists. No, you immediately notice that this is their own nest that they have carefully built up and where everything is present. The location is also very good. Residential location with the necessary privacy and yet within walking distance of the beach. You can easily visit the surrounding villages by bike and cities such as Valencia and Allicante are barely an hour's drive away. Culinary you will certainly get your money's worth because everywhere in the area there are very good eateries at prices much lower than Belgium. In short, highly recommended!

Dear Stéphane, dear Linda, We felt very comfortable in Villa Casa la Collina and enjoyed two carefree weeks of vacation. The condition and décor of the house corresponded to the descriptions and photos and we were very impressed. You can see that this house has been decorated and inhabited by the owners; Almost nothing was missing (maybe a rack in the oven). The house was clean and perfectly prepared when we arrived. We found the winding access to the property a bit challenging, but with instructions from a third party this can also be reached with a large vehicle, so we were able to make use of the private parking. Communication with the local agency and owners was always friendly, fast and uncomplicated.
