The apartment (built in 2021) is located in the Vistabella Golf urbanization. This urbanization has been developed (as the name suggests) around the golf courses of Vistabella Golf. There are also 3 padel courts and a fitness room .
Within walking distance of the apartment there is a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a beautician, an ATM and several restaurants and bars.
The house is from November 2021 so completely new!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with a shower.
In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed. Here is the possibility to put a 5th person (small person or child) to sleep.
There are fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and a washing machine.
There is wifi available and a TV. On the terrace on the pool side a table with 6 chairs and 2 blissful sunbeds. There is also a terrace at the front of the apartment where a set for 4 people + table is available. Because of these 2 terraces you can always look for the sun or shade.
The apartment is 85m2 and the terraces are 95 m2, so nice and spacious.
