Naranjo59 is a Luxuriously finished Penthouse in a brand new building, located in the prestigious Golf Resort of Las Colinas in Orihuela, near Campoamor, south of Alicante (Costa Blanca South).

The air-conditioned accommodation is 13 km from Torrevieja, and guests benefit from free WiFi and private underground parking. Naranjo59 features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of which is ensuite), a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided. The penthouse has a large rooftop terrace that offers a lot of privacy and a beautiful sea view, fully equipped with lounge, gas barbecue (note: cleaning BBQ is not included in the final cleaning! You have to do this yourself). In addition, the penthouse is equipped with home automation, awnings and air conditioning. The apartment is accessed by elevator. There is a large communal swimming pool.

Murcia is 28 km from the property, while La Manga del Mar Menor is 32 km away. You can fly to both Alicante and Murcia.

At Las Colinas you will find a prestigious golf course with 18 holes. In addition, there is a wellness, gym, several restaurants, mini-supermarket, tennis, padel, ... In short, you won't get bored easily!

We are Geert and Vanessa and together with our 2 teenagers (17 and 19) we like to enjoy the Spanish sun, but also the rest of the world ...
We have furnished the apartment completely to our taste and are happy to let you enjoy it when we can't go ourselves!

We wish you a lot of fun during your stay at Naranjo59, complete with a lovely large swimming pool and a rooftop terrace for those who are more fond of privacy (no privacy).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival and departure days are daily, except on Sundays. On Sundays this is only possible in July and August.

Check-in: after 15:00 / Check-out 10:00
Our Keyholder on site takes care of the key transfer.
Arrival/departure after 8pm: 20€ to be paid to our Keyholder.
Electricity consumption: reasonable consumption (+/-100kwh/week)
Max 6 people allowed
No pets allowed
The deposit is refundable if the house is left without damage.

The linen package is mandatory and also includes towels for 6 people.

For long-term rental, you can contact the landlord, think of wintering, a spring or autumn holiday of 2 to 3 months? studying, resting, meditating, hobbies. The prices are then negotiable.

To ensure the peace and quiet of our guests and neighbors, strict action is taken against (noise) nuisance in the apartment itself, but also at the pool.
The swimming pool regulations do not allow ball games or inflatable toys.

There may NEVER be more than 6 people in the apartment, pets are not allowed (your booking can and will be cancelled, without refund)
