On the first floor there is a loft with a modern 8 pers. dining area / lounge area. In the garden there are several terraces, including an outdoor dining area and a sun terrace with 8 sun beds by the swimming pool of over 10 meters x 3.5 meters. The Swimming Pool has a special shallow area for children. There are also air mattresses and 2 chairs to relax in the pool.
There is a large Gas Barbecue that is free to use and where dishes can easily be prepared for 8 people. ideal for enjoying long summer evenings with your family, children and friends.
On the outside, the house has 2 large terraces with electrically operated sun screens of 6 meters wide, which guarantee a cool place for eating and lounging. All rooms are equipped with double sun blinds, consisting of curtains and black blinds, so that the house also stays nice and cool. The house is easily accessible from all rooms through all sliding doors.
Only 20 minutes from Alicante airport and 8 minutes from Guardamar del Segura, the Mediterranean resort with a large pine forest adjacent to an 11 km long white sandy beach. If you are looking for a quiet beach, choose the beautiful beach "Playa del Moncayo" behind the dunes.
The house is spacious enough for 2 families with children. If you come with a baby, everything can be arranged for a small fee. Don't forget your tennis racket, there are sports fields with tennis, football, hockey, handball and squash courts within walking distance. The reservation costs you only 2.00 euros.
Also within walking distance in the center of la Marina there are several supermarkets (Lidl and Supermercado) and shops and eateries. If you want to go to a Dutch snack bar or Dutch bar, you are there within 10 minutes by car. The Dutch supermarket Appie Heijn is also located in La Marina. If you want to go shopping extensively, go to the covered shopping centers in Habaneras in Torrevieja or Zenia Boulevard in Zenia with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bowling alleys, cinema and a large boulevard. If you like culture, the famous palm city is worth a visit.

You can fly with different airlines. Ryanair flies from Maastricht, Eindhoven, Brussels Zaventem and Charleroi to Alicante with often cheap tickets. Transavia flies from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Maastricht and Eindhoven to Alicante. It is a 20 minute drive from Alicante airport to our house in la Marina.
