We, René Bartelen and my wife, bought our second home in sunny La Marina in 2016 to enjoy everything Spain has to offer. Now we are happy to share this luxury villa with you! The villa offers a private pool, spacious terraces, a large garden and is centrally located near beaches, Alicante and attractions. Ideal for families or friends. Book your stay and experience an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Blanca!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Want to enjoy a weekend, midweek or one week or longer? 

in  July,  August the fixed changeover day is arrival or departure Saturday;
in all other months you can arrive and leave as you please;
But minimum 7 nights, book 1 week;
In October to June you can also book a weekend or midweek;
If you have other wishes, please send us a message.
If you want to spend the winter or stay for a longer period of time, please send us a message.

You will receive an invoice for 50% after booking to be paid within 2 weeks. The other 50% + the deposit must be paid 2 months before departure. You will receive a voucher for another period if you cannot stay for the period you had booked due to Corona.

The deposit is € 500 and after check-out the deposit will be refunded and the consumption of electricity 0.45 kwh and water 2.75 m2 will be deducted from this.

On the spot you pay our manager the cleaning costs 140 and costs for bed linen and towel packages 15,-- per person. A high chair and baby cot can be reserved for 10 with our manager.

Alicante is the capital of the province of Alicante. The more than three hundred thousand inhabitants city after Valencia, the largest city in the Costa Blanca. As a city break destination Alicante you will not be seeing much touted. Remarkably, just because Alicante is a nice mix of daily life in the autonomous region of Valencia mingled with tourism. With the Esplanade Espana Alicante has a boulevard where the Ramblas a tip can suck in Barcelona, ??the beach is among the best in the region and the city has a great nightlife. Come again arguably has one of the best climates in the Alicante of all cities in Europe. Rain comes in the summer just before and even during the winter months it is often pleasant enough during the day on a terrace to enjoy wine and tapas.
