The villa is located in Las Colinas Golf & Country Club and is one of the most prestigious estates in Spain. The domain exudes luxury and tranquility. The nearest airports are Murcia and Alicante (45 minutes).

The house is south-facing and quietly located at the end of a dead-end street within the domain. It gives you a wonderful feeling of peace and holiday. The house contains a total of 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and two bathrooms. The master sleeper has her own bathroom with private dressing.

Both bathrooms also have underfloor heating, for winter visitors.

The house has two terraces so you can always enjoy the sun.
There is a private swimming pool, with the option of heating.

Of course, there is built-in air conditioning throughout the house.
There is a separate laundry room where a washing machine and a dryer are available.

Explanation of prices

The price is all-in, meaning final housekeeping, bed linen, towels,... everything is included. Except for the use of the pool's heat pump, this amounts to 150 euros per week. This can be used in the spring or autumn.

A deposit of 750 euros is required. When checking out, everything is checked together and if everything is OK, it is immediately transferred back.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
