A sports and health club with gym and spa treatments, 3 tennis courts, 2 padel courts and a multi-sports ground are also available. The white sandy beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras are less than 10 km away, as well as the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre.

The interior of the house is attractive and comfortable. You can read a good book on the beautiful terrace and the air conditioning provides cooling on hot summer days.
