The villa is located in Albir, at Carrer Trito 58 in a privileged expansive area with the neighbors 20-100m away. The Mendoza supermarket is 800 meters away at the end of the street, and this is also where the shops and many restaurants of Albir start.
Distance to the sea is 1800 meters, so about a 20-minute walk.
The villa is integrated on the same level with 300m2 terrace, 8mx4m swimming pool and 2000m2 garden. The terrace also has good wifi to work from there, next to the BBQ and beer coolers, in either sun or shade, next to the 7" American Billiards, the PingPong, the Blade Dartsboard, or the table-Fussball game.
Our private tennis court is too old, and not included.
The 2.2m high wall encloses the 2000m2 garden where the children can play without worries, a private driveway where you can park up to 8 cars behind our large gate, the terrace is fully integrated with the 200m2 Villa.
The 30cm thick outer walls and the double insulated flat roof help to enjoy a cool summer and warm winter, and the 7 air conditioners.
It is a 1+ million euro property, but not a typical place where the owner rents out his own place: my villa has received a wide and constant renovation to keep the villa current: it is designed for a pleasant holiday experience for small and larger groups, our family also stays there periodically, so you share in how we ourselves like to have our holiday. Also, everything is prepared for larger groups, so there is plenty of cutlery, the beds are all the same, etc.
I continue to make improvements where my tenants give me ideas and suggestions... adding the pool table, a scale to weigh your bags before you fly back, extra long dining table for many people in case you invite people to the barbecue.

Because all beds are 1-person 90x200cm beds, which can be made up as 2-person, this gives flexibility in the group configuration: who sleeps where, in single or double beds.

Preparation for children: We have 4 cots for the babies and toddlers to sleep, 4 high chairs, 4 bed bumpers, a potty, baby bath, swimming safety vests, toddler cups and plastic toddler cutlery.
I receive positive feedback, about the house and about the service, we listen because we want our tenants to return.
Each of the 5 bedrooms has their own air conditioning and hotel safety box.
The living room has a 160 cm/200 cm sofa bed with good sleeping quality.
