Brand new Luxury Penthouse with jacuzzi on the roof terrace, outdoor kitchen with barbeque, communal outdoor swimming pools, indoor pool with sauna and fitness. A beautiful location where you can enjoy the sun, sea and beach or a more active holiday, for example walking, cycling and golfing. The area has 20 beautiful golf courses within a radius of 35 kilometers. At a 5-minute walk you can do your shopping in a great large shopping center. Restaurants are cheap and have something for everyone.
You can easily rent (electric) bicycles nearby and make a beautiful trip to Man Menor with free mud baths, wild flamingos and old mills. We are convinced that you will also enjoy our Penthouse. If you have any questions, we are available and happy to help.

Hello Spain lovers,
We are bon vivants and love Spanish life. In particular the area around torrevieja with beautiful beaches, beautiful cycling routes and excellent golf courses. The culinary restaurants around our penthouse are great and not expensive. We rent out our apartment because we are only in Spain in the winter to enjoy the sun when the weather is bad in the Netherlands. The air quality is one of the best in Europe, due to the salt lakes and the micro climate.
