We as proud owners would like to welcome you to our holiday home Villa Joaquín, located in sunny Orihuela Costa, centrally located on the beautiful Costa Blanca.
This is a place where we relax again and again, and which we are happy to share with guests who want to enjoy the sun, relaxation and the real Spanish holiday feeling.

The holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for families with 3 children and/or 1 baby.
There are 3 bedrooms:
- Ground floor: cozy bedroom with large double bed
- First floor: double bedroom, private terrace and beautiful views of the quiet urbanization and nature
- Children's room: 2 separate beds (extension is possible to 3 children)
For the little ones, there is a baby cot and a high chair to eat together.
**Everything you need for a carefree holiday**
We want you to feel right at home. That is why everything is provided:
- 1 bathroom with toilet + extra separate toilet on the ground floor
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Washing machine available
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room
- Wifi and smart TV
- Coffee machine and electric heating
- Towels provided depending on the number of guests
**Enjoy sun, tranquility and outdoor life**
With no less than **5 terraces** you will always find a place in the sun or shade.
- Start the day with morning sun on the back terrace
- Enjoy the sun at the front during the day until about 7 pm
- End the day with a cozy BBQ in the evening sun on the back terrace
In addition, there is a cozy mini lounge with comfortable chairs where you can fully relax.

- Communal swimming pool within the urbanisation just a 2-minute walk away
- Sea and beach just a 6-minute drive away

- Alicante airport about 45 minutes drive away
The holiday home is located in a quiet, gated urbanization, away from the street side, making it completely quiet at night. Parking is safe within the urbanization.
**Personal welcome**
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our keyholder. The check-in and key transfer are done on site with clear explanations and correct handling, so that your holiday can start carefree right away.
To make your stay even smoother, we also propose to create a "WhatsApp group" with our guests and the keyholder from arrival in Spain. This allows questions to be asked quickly or any minor problems to be reported and resolved immediately. That way we can be ready quickly and/or take action during your stay.
