Villa Joaquín is an attractive and comfortable holiday home in sunny Orihuela Costa, on the beautiful Costa Blanca. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families who want to enjoy peace, comfort, sun and the many possibilities that the area has to offer.
We are the proud owners of Villa Joaquín and we believe it is important to constantly improve our accommodation. **In the past period we have already renovated and renewed several parts of the house. Further renovations and improvements are also planned in the coming period.** In this way, we continue to invest in comfort, quality and a pleasant stay for our guests.
An ideal home for families
Villa Joaquín has 3 bedrooms:
• A bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed.
• A bedroom on the first floor with double bed and private terrace, with views over the quiet urbanization and the surrounding area.
• A children's room with 2 separate beds, which can be extended to 3 beds if desired.
For babies and young children, a baby cot and high chair are available. In addition, 2 car seats can be rented. For information and prices, please contact us in advance.
The house has 1 bathroom with toilet and an extra separate toilet on the ground floor.

Villa Joaquín has **HomeWizard**, which allows for clear and transparent monitoring of electricity consumption. The digital display is available to our guests and shows, among other things, the current consumption, the consumption per day and the corresponding cost price.
This gives you insight into the energy consumption during your stay and together we can use energy more consciously and efficiently.
Enjoying the outdoors
One of the great assets of Villa Joaquín are the **5 terraces**. This means that there is always a place during the day where you can enjoy the sun or shade.
The rear terrace receives the morning sun. At the front you can enjoy the sun during the day until about 19:00. On the back terrace you can barbecue in the evening and enjoy the evening sun.
In addition, there is a cozy mini-lounge with comfortable seating where you can relax.
Quiet location with everything close by
Villa Joaquín is located in a quiet and gated urbanization, away from the street side. This allows you to enjoy a pleasant rest in the evening and at night. Parking is available within the gated urbanization.

• Sea and beach about 6 minutes drive away
• La Zenia Boulevard about 9 minutes drive away

Personal welcome and service
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our keyholder. During check-in you will receive an explanation about the house and the practical matters.
For smooth communication during your stay, a WhatsApp group can also be created with our guests and the keyholder. This allows questions to be answered quickly and any problems to be followed up as quickly as possible.
