The luxury new build apartment is located in Las Colinas Golf & Country Resort with a golf course that is one of the best in the world. It is an exceptional residential complex of 330 hectares with beautiful views and fully integrated into nature, surrounded by hills with Mediterranean forests, belonging to a protected natural area.

Its spacious location offers total privacy and intimacy with a 24/24 hour security service.
In addition to golf (18 holes), the resort offers sports and leisure activities such as padel, tennis, fitness, wellness, hiking and mountain biking trails.... There are 2 restaurants, a minimarket on site.
The Hinojo Community, to which the apartment belongs, has a beautiful landscaped garden with a communal swimming pool (with sunbeds, umbrellas...) and a petanque court.

Guests have access to the private WOW BEACH CLUB in Dehesa de Campoamor on the Mediterranean Sea with infinity pool, sun loungers and excellent beach bar.

This spacious luxury apartment (110 m2.) has a very large south-facing terrace (30 m2.) where you can relax and have a nice dinner. There is a roll-out awning with remote control over the entire length of the terrace.

The very spacious living room has a rectangular table and L-shaped seating area. Require WIFI, large TV screen with Chromecast for streaming TV, radio...  

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, microwave and convection oven, washing machine-dryer combination, extractor system, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, mixer....

The master bedroom, with sliding door opening onto the terrace, has a very wide double bed (180 cm) with box spring, plenty of wardrobes, hangers, mirror... The adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink on cabinet, toilet, hair dryer, drying rack...
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with box-spring (160 cm), two-door sliding wardrobe, hangers. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower, lavbo on cupboard and toilet.

The windows have blinds, the bedrooms also have shutters. All are electrically powered. The bathrooms have underfloor heating.
The apartment is cooled or heated with an air-conditioning heating combination.
There is also a parking space and private storage room (mandatory for storage of golf equipment, bicycles, etc.) in the underground garage. From here there is a direct connection to the entrance hall of the building, from where the apartment can be reached via a wide staircase or elevator.

Our apartment is located on the 1st of the 3 floors of the building. The photo shows the frontal on the right corner, with a wide terrace and the rolled-out sun canopy. 

Alicante Airport is 50 minutes away and Murcia Airport is 45 minutes away.

Rental
Maximum 4 people, minimum 11 days and maximum 3 weeks. 
Dates 2024: between April  1 and September 30.

Pay later
Electricity costs: a standard consumption of 80 KW/week is included, additional consumption will be charged later at 0.25 euros per KW.

House rules
Pets, smoking, parties/gatherings, groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed. 
The 'Community Rules' must be strictly adhered to. For example, it must be quiet between 23:00 and 08:00.

Golf equipment, bicycles must be placed in the underground storage room.
