The luxurious new-build apartment is located in Las Colinas Golf & Country Resort with a golf course that is among the best in the world. It is an exceptional residential complex of 330 hectares with beautiful views and fully integrated into nature, surrounded by hills with Mediterranean forests, belonging to a protected nature reserve.

In addition to golf (18 holes), the resort offers sporting and leisure activities such as padel, tennis, fitness, wellness, hiking and mountain bike trails. There are 2 restaurants on site, a mini market ....
The Hinojo Community, to which the apartment belongs, has a beautiful landscaped garden with a communal swimming pool (with sunbeds, parasols...) and a petanque court.

Guests have access to the private WOW BEACH CLUB in Dehesa de Campoamor on the Mediterranean Sea with an infinity pool, sun loungers and an excellent beach bar.

This spacious luxury apartment (110 m2) has a very large south-facing terrace (30 m2) where you can relax and enjoy a nice meal. There is a roll-out awning with remote control over the entire length of the terrace.

The very spacious living room has a rectangular table and L-shaped seating area. Requirement WIFI, large TV screen with Chromecast for streaming TV, radio...

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, microwave and convection oven, washing machine-dryer combination, extractor system, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, mixer....

The master bedroom , with sliding doors opening onto the terrace, has a very wide double bed (180 cm) with box spring, sufficient wardrobes, clothes hangers, mirror... The adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink on cupboard, toilet, hairdryer, drying rack...
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with box-spring (160 cm), two-door sliding wardrobe, clothes hangers. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink on cupboard and toilet.

The windows have roller blinds, the bedrooms also have roller shutters. All are electrically powered. The bathrooms have underfloor heating.
The apartment is cooled or heated with an air conditioning/heating combination.
There is also a parking space and private storage (mandatory for storing golf equipment, bicycles...) in the underground garage. From here there is a direct connection to the entrance hall of the building, from which the apartment can be reached via a wide staircase or elevator.

Our apartment is located on the 1st of the 3 floors of the building. The photo shows the frontal view on the right corner, with a wide terrace and the rolled-out awning.

It is 50 minutes to Alicante Airport and 45 minutes to Murcia Airport .

Maximum 4 people and max. 2 weeks.
Dates 2024: between March 30 and September 28.

House rules
Pets, smoking, parties/gatherings, groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
It must be quiet between 00:00 and 08:00.
Golf equipment and bicycles must be placed in the underground storage room.

Due to circumstances, with us as landlord between May 22 and June 10, 2024:
a) telephone contact is not possible.
b) emailing is possible, but probably (to be seen) at limited and irregular times.
