Mandarino15 is a very luxurious and modern apartment located at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, one of the leading golf courses in Spain. The interior of the apartment has been chosen for a mix of Scandinavian and Mediterranean influences, with a modern twist. Every detail has been thought of. In short, a perfect place to relax and enjoy all the facilities at this luxury complex.
The apartment (located on the first floor and accessible by elevator) is fully furnished and has two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (including toilet). The master bedroom has direct access to the balcony. The apartment is characterized by the large windows and lots of light.
Guests have access to a luxury kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer), filtered water and a complete interior (including Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster).
The open kitchen flows into the living room, where you can enjoy the beautiful view from a sofa and luxury armchair with great music in the background via the Sonos installation. A smart TV is available with Chrome Cast, to stream your favorite movies and series via the Wi-Fi network.
Through the sliding glass doors, the living room is connected to an apartment-wide balcony, including an electrically operated awning to sit in the shade on the hot summer days. The balcony has a lounge area and dining table with four dining chairs.
The apartment complex also has a communal swimming pool (infinity pool) and with a beautifully landscaped garden and views over the forest. The car can be parked in the parking garage located under the apartment.
The Las Colinas complex is a secure urbanization, which has a top golf course, gym, spa, padel courts, hiking trails and two restaurants. There is also a small supermarket for basic necessities. Within a 10-minute drive you are on the beach, where Las Colinas also has a beach club.
Arrival days are flexible and the minimum stay is three nights. Check-in between 17:00 and 21:00 check-out before 10:00 (if otherwise please in consultation, after 21:00 extra costs will be charged €55)
