The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An ideal holiday home of over 80 m2 for those looking for comfort, tranquility and an excellent location close to all amenities. You can also use the "Gym" (Fitness and strength training) free of charge. Ideal for wintering. This holiday home is complete and ready for holidays. Just pack the suitcase and go! You will receive our Dutch keyholder on arrival.
The apartment is suitable for four people and is fully equipped. There is a TV with many international channels, super fast internet, good air conditioning for cooling and heating. There is a very good fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, oven and microwave. As an added plus, there is an Ion drinking water filtration system (no bottled water required). Towels and bed linen are provided at the apartment. There is also a washing machine for your holiday laundry.
The layout is practical and spacious, with a bright living room that connects to the sunny and spacious balcony of 25 m2 over the full width of the apartment. There is also a spacious "Lounge set" (not yet in the picture). From here you have a nice view over the spacious swimming pool and the beautiful green areas with real grass and numerous palm trees, which gives the whole a real Mediterranean atmosphere.
An added plus is the extra storage space and the private parking space in the secure underground garage. You can safely store your (rental) car as well as your expensive golf equipment or bicycles here. Do you want to leave the car for a while? There is also a bus stop right around the corner.
There is a large Aldi supermarket 100 meters away, the Chinese Bazaar with 1000 and one different products is right in front of the supermarket. A few minutes' walk from your apartment, you will find several restaurants and terraces. The location is quiet, yet very central. The beautiful sandy beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are a short distance away. There is a petanque field (jeu de boules) on the complex. In the immediate vicinity you will also find the famous shopping center La Zenia Boulevard and the beautiful beaches. Ideal is the proximity to padel courts and top golf courses such as Las Colinas, La Finca and Vistabella, etc.
