This detached villa is located in a quiet new residential area in San Pedro del Pinatar. The promenade along the Mar Menor and the beaches are about 800 metres away.

You can also find plenty of amenities including cozy restaurants, cafes and other shops. At about 1 kilometre you will find the shopping centre Dos Mares where a large Carrefour supermarket is located. The villa has a private garden with a private swimming pool. It is also possible to park your car on site behind a closed gate. Or as you wish, you can park your bicycles. From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the cozy garden with palm tree. 

The living room offers a comfortable sofa and armchair where the dining room table is also located. The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances including a hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto and kettle. On the ground floor you will also find a washbasin and toilet. The bedroom at the front of the house has access to a balcony. From this balcony you will find the stairs to the private roof terrace. From this roof terrace you can always enjoy the sun. In addition, this offers a beautiful view over the Mar Menor and the sea. All rooms in the house are equipped with separate air conditioning (hot/cold). In addition, this property offers high-speed internet via fiber optics.
