It is centrally located in a cozy and quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, a supermarket and various shops.

Moreover, the penthouse is just a stone's throw from the beautiful beach on the Mediterranean Zee.De Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. Only 5 kilometres away is the nearest golf course, where you can play a round of golf every now and then. The penthouse is located on the first floor and offers a private entrance that can be closed. With no less than 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), the apartment offers enough space for everyone.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, induction hob and more. The living room offers direct access to the spacious balcony, from where you can go to the spacious private roof terrace. Here you will find a spacious lounge sofa and an outdoor kitchen, where you can enjoy the sun on the comfortable sun beds. In addition, there is air conditioning in all rooms and there is Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and Dutch and Flemish TV channels available.

At the back of the complex is the attractive communal swimming pool, which you can use. And if you want to explore, storing bicycles is also possible at this penthouse. It is the ideal way to explore the area, as the area around Pilar de la Horadada is flat. Cycling to the beautiful wide sandy beach of Torre de la Horadada, which is only 3.5 kilometres away, is an absolute must.

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit that has been made with the reservation of the house.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the stay plus the administration costs.
