We have bought an apartment in Aire Residencial in Orihuela (Villamartin) close to all amenities and would like to rent it out throughout the year and during the period that we do not see it. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

- In case of cancellation up to 3 months before arrival date: cancellation fee: free of charge
- In case of cancellation from 3 months to 2 months before arrival date: cancellation fee: 25% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 2 months to 1 month before arrival date: cancellation fee: 45% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from 1 month to 14 days before arrival date: cancellation fee: 80% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation within 14 days to arrival date: cancellation fee: 100%.

The deposit of € 250 must be paid on site. The cleaning costs (€ 125) will be deducted from the deposit paid after the stay. If everything is in order, you will therefore be reimbursed € 250 - € 125 = € 125.
