Our house is beautifully situated, opposite the large swimming pool, in Villa Martin. This place is the most coveted place of Orihuela Costa with all necessities within walking distance and a 5-minute drive from 3 beautiful sandy beaches.

Less than a 5-minute walk from La Fuente Commercial center with its excellent dining and entertainment options. You can get fresh bread in the morning from the Belgian bakery and in the evening enjoy a Spanish beer in the many cafes with live music.

A large 'Mercadona' supermarket is a 10-minute walk away and you can enjoy shopping in the new La Zenia Boulevard shopping center a 5-minute drive away. For the golfers among you, there are three excellent golf courses available within a few minutes by car or a 10-15 minute walk.

We are a Belgian family that has been in love with this sunny place in Spain for quite some time. The quiet area is centrally located in a securely gated community with parking space in front of the door. Bakers, shops, golf courses and other amenities are within walking distance of the house. This area is also a paradise for cyclists.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment terms:

Within 7 days after receipt of your reservation request, you must pay 30% of the total rent. This can be adjusted in consultation.

The 70% remaining amount must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the check-in date.

Check-in from 16:00 in (other times only after consultation)
Check-out before 11:00 (other times only after consultation)

Energy costs are calculated by the manager during the final inspection. (0.35 per Kwh) and settled with the deposit.
On arrival you pay the final cleaning costs (100 euros) and the deposit (150 euros) to the manager.
The linen package consists of: bed, bath and kitchen linen + 1 beach towel p.p.
