The apartment
Our modern and luxurious apartment is stylishly furnished and fully equipped:
- Spacious living room with sitting area and dining area
- Open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction plate, coffee maker (Nespresso and Dulce Gusto), kettle, airfryer, sandwich maker and toaster
- Osmosis tap, water is therefore drinkable directly from the tap without chlorine taste
- Two comfortable bedrooms
- Master bedroom (bed 180x200) with private bathroom (en-suite)
- Second bedroom with two single beds (90x200, can also be used as a double, please indicate this when booking)
- Two modern bathrooms with walk-in (rain) shower and toilet
- Washing machine available
- Air conditioning in all rooms, individually adjustable

- Transparency is important to us. The final work on one of the residential blocks will be completed until mid-October 2025. Any inconvenience caused by this is minimal to none, but we would still like to mention this in advance.
- In addition, there is a plot next to this urbanization where an equivalent project is currently being built. You will not be inconvenienced by this.
- Finally, the AP-7 highway is close to the urbanization on the map. In practice, however, you will not experience any noise or other nuisance from this.
