With a charming front garden and balcony, we also offer perfect spaces to relax and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. After a day at the beach, relax on the balcony with a refreshing drink or enjoy a quiet evening in the front garden.

In the area you will find several restaurants and bars, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy local cuisine and vibrant nightlife. Whether you are looking for a romantic dinner for two or a lively evening out with friends, there is something for everyone within walking distance.

As an added bonus, we also offer a swimming pool just 50 meters away, perfect for a refreshing dip on hot days. In addition, our holiday home has three bedrooms, which offer enough space and comfort for families or groups of friends.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
