Casa Ooms is a beautifully situated corner house in a closed urbanization close to beaches, supermarket and terraces.

It is located in Orihuela Costa where it is nice weather for 300 days a year. From the sunny private terrace, which is located on the south, you look out on the shared pool with beautiful large tuin.Er are several beaches near our holiday home located 3.6 km to the beach of Punta Prima and 4.9 km the great beach of La Zenia. The large new shopping center La Zenia Boulevard with 150 shops (including a Primark and Mediamarkt and free parking) is located 3.9 km away.

The airports of Murcia (25 minutes drive) and Alicante (40 minutes drive) are not far away. If we are not there ourselves, we would like to rent out our 6 person corner house for a very affordable price.

We are Ron and Ella and we live in Bergen op Zoom.
We love holidays, the beach and sitting on a terrace to eat or just have a drink. Because we regularly go to the area around Torrevieja, we have
bought a holiday home there 3.6 km from the beach of Punta Prima. The beaches of Zenia beach and Cabo Roig are also nearby. The region is beautiful, cozy and with good weather 300 days a year, it can't go wrong for us.

From a rental period of at least one month, a special monthly rate of 950 euros per month applies from November to March .

For bookings of more than two weeks in the summer, a discount is negotiable.

Mooie boulevard van Torrevieja. Deze badplaats is zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken.Torrevieja heeft een prachtige boulevard met veel gezellige restaurants, terrassen en winkels. Een wandeling langs de strandjes over de boulevard geeft echt dat vakantie gevoel.

Hier kan je mini golf spelen op een dak. Het zijn 18 holes met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Voor kleinere kinderen is er een speciale baan met 9 holes.
Er is ook een terras waar je lekker wat kan drinken.

Murcia heeft ca. 440.000 inwoners en is daarmee de zevende stad van Spanje.
De bekendste bezienswaardigheid van Murcia is de kathedraal aan het Plaza Cardenal Belluga in het historisch hart van Murcia. Het is een Gotische kerk met een museum waar je meer te weten komt over deze kerk. Je kan ook in de toren zodat je een prachtig uitzicht hebt over Murcia.

Dit mooie strand is zeer geschikt om op wat koelere dagen toch te genieten van de zon. Door de ligging is het hier net wat warmer. Er is ook een gezellige strandtent voor een lekker hapje of drankje.

De Salinas van Torrevieja staat bekend om het roze water en een verscheidenheid aan planten en vogels. Het zoutmeer bij Torrevieja is een van de grootste zoutexploitaties van Spanje en produceert gemiddeld 600.000 ton zout per jaar. De zoutwinning gaat het hele jaar door.
