Hi, my name is John. Nice of you to look at our house in Torrevieja Spain (45 minutes south of Alicante.
The name is a tribute to my mother (in case you were wondering where the name came from)
I would therefore like to rent out my house to you in this quiet neighborhood, 10 to 15 minutes from the beach. Sit and sleep quietly, but if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the beach and the boulevard in no time.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit upon booking 25%, remaining 75% to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations can be made up to 4 weeks before arrival.
If cancelled within 4 weeks before arrival, 50% will be refunded.

Rates include 7 KwH of electricity per day (47 KwH per week), more consumption is considered per week and settled at € 0.50 per KwH extra.
